What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Normally, our MOQ is 800-1200 pairs. However, small quantities are also welcome for discussion depending on specific requirements.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, absolutely. Samples in stock are available at wholesale prices (refundable upon bulk order), and customized samples can be quoted separately.
How long is the typical lead time?
Samples are usually ready within 7 days. Mass production typically takes around 60 days after receiving the deposit.
Do you accept OEM/ODM orders?
Yes, we accept both. We can produce slippers according to your designs, add your brand labels, or provide design references for you.
How do you ensure quality control?
We have a professional QC team that monitors the entire process, from incoming material inspection to a 100% final inspection of finished products.
